news! summer! sweet teeth!
hello:
the summer's heating up. it's about 90 degrees here in DC, and it'll be even better when i head down to houston at the beginning of july. i love sweating without doing anything. i just sit on the front porch of the house i'm living in now, play banjo or guitar or just sit, and sweat. it's really great.
speaking of houston, i've been talking to austin about shows when i'm there. we're going to do something at super happy fun land with the dimes. and there's also some house party with austin's friend austin (i know, right?), and i want to do something at it's a grind, as is my custom every time i return to sugar land. they're pretty fun. so if you're in town, stop by! i'll post the real dates when they get decided.
and i'm starting a campaign tomorrow, wednesday, the last day in may, to get as many shows for next semester as possible. i'll let you know when i hear anything back.
i know i'm a lot of talk aon this thing, with very little meaty updating going on. but give me time. i've got some plans, you know?
